All life-situations provide you with ample opportunities to
practise love, tolerance and forgiveness, which are the keys to your Ascension.
Negative situations and people are not meant to be treated with disdain and
anger, which is commonplace in this world; they come in your life as lessons of
love and peace. Deal with all situations with a greater understanding because
nothing on this Earth is real or permanent. All situations are illusory as well
as the attitudes of people. The ego is illusory as well and exists only as long
as the person is in his physical, dense form on Earth. There is no reality to
this personality. Therefore people’s negative attitude exists only as far as their
egos are concerned. In fact it is the ego’s appearance that comes to the fore
through the individual’s personality in terms of arrogance, pride, and various
other expressions of negative attitude.
Beyond the ego’s face is a pure, loving soul that is struggling
to free itself from the vice-like grip of the dreadful ego. Yours is to help
free mankind from their entrapments. Bring Light of Love, Compassion and
Forgiveness unto their hearts and souls. The light will help weaken their
ego-selves and bring respite to their souls, and for which they will be
grateful to you at the soul level. Do not deal with people at their ego-level.
It serves no real purpose. You will only antagonise it.
Furthermore, the ego does not like to be dealt with love and
compassion nor does it like to be corrected. The ego thrives solely on flattery
whether it be false of genuine; it demands respect, whether it deserves it or
not, and basks in adulation. This is what keeps the ego complacent and restful;
it prefers living in the illusion of self-importance. If it is ignored or
slighted, it raises its ugly head and becomes angry, defensive and arrogant
with the person concerned. The ego does not like to be put down by people but
its job is to put others down, and could go at lengths to wreak revenge – to
avenge its insult and injury. Herein, lies its peace and contentment. That is
why it is not worth spending your energy on the attitudes of people. Let them
have their way. Let them feel victorious in their petty games if that is what
they want; such victory is not real. The terminology “victory” is misconstrued
where the ego is concerned. It is not a triumph in the positive sense; it is
sheer sadism. This does not serve any divine purpose.
Your focus must be ever on the Light. Keep your mind ever tuned
in to the Heart of God. Your one-pointed concentration on the Light will
diffuse all discordance of the earthly world. And the pettiness of the world
will have no effect upon you then. Know that all this is temporary – mere
chapters in life that are meant to be learnt and dealt with by the power of
your Light. No situation, person or thing can take away your power unless you
choose to fall as a vulnerable prey to them. You do not need your ego to lead
your life for you. Get rid of your ego for it will ever find ways and means to
clash with the egos of other people. Build up the Light frequency in your being
to fight against all odds. Believe in yourself as a child of God having innate
God-virtues. Your power lies in the power of unconditional love, which you must
apply to all situations and people in the world. It is the only thing that can
drive away all evil from your being and world.
Do not give thought to any negative situation because by doing
so and reliving the past moments you are energising them, giving them impetus
to affect your life negatively in the Now. Once it is gone, let it go in peace
and love. Keep your mind engaged in higher things of value that can help
progress your soul. Engage your mind in things that will bring you immense
peace and joy. Negative situations must not be energised by your thoughts. Let
it go. Live without extra baggage of the past. Live free and simple so that you
can find it easy to soar up to the greatest heights.
